Those rhinos, whether by our hands or the very laws of physics some time in the future, were only going to wind up just as dead as they are now. The truth is, the only things that matter on this planet are us. A temporary bubble of extremely rare chemistry that would die out in a billion years anyway without some kind of miracle.
